As part of the ACTIVE project, a number of software development activities have taken place. Software was developed in three main areas: 1) The ACTIVE Knowledge Workspace (AKWS), 2) The Contextify Outlook plug-in, and 3) several extensions to the Semantic MediWiki.

ACTIVE Knowledge Workspace Software (AKWS)

This is a powerful Enterprise 2.0 collaboration tool which turns your Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 2007 environment into a context-aware collaboration platform. It can be freely downloaded for non-commercial use.

Contextify Outlook add-in

This software makes you more efficient when handling emails, by displaying the contexts of those emails.

Semantic MediaWiki extensions

These extensions offer sophisticated presentational features.  Some of these are freely available under open-source licences.
